Hello Blogosphere!

I welcome myself to the blogosphere!

I just recently migrated from my blogspot account into my own website.  It’s never too late.  I guess blogosphere has still enough room for me even though it all started in the 1990s.  Since then, blog users are increasing enormously around the world that resembles the escalation of e-mail users up to now.

I will conquer the blog world!

Coffee for the Transcriptionist

mt-coffee

Let me go back to my coffee experience lately:

As a transcriptionist, I drink coffee to battle my sleepiness while hearing to the voice of the doctor over and over again.

But, how much should be enough?

For most people, moderate doses of caffeine 200 to 300 mg, or about 2 to 4 cups of brewed coffee a day aren’t harmful. (source: mayoclinic.com) More than this, can cause the following:

Sleeplessness
Jumpiness
Agitation
Irritability
Gastrointestinal problems
Palpitations
Muscle cramps
Headaches or even migraine

I guess I need to cut back my daily intake……..
