Being fit and healthy is what I always wanted to be.  I believe one can attain this through proper nutrition by eating the right kinds of food.

The main reason I created this blog is to keep me reminded to keep a healthy living.  I hope to share my passion about cooking the right kind of food.  I also want to get other insights from other individuals who are into this kind of lifestyle.

Through this website, I aim to share and review every restaurants or food establishment I dine in.

  1. Drinking water during exercise is a must to maintain your body’s health, and if you just want to lose an extra five pounds this year do nothing but drink lots of water!
