Coffee: How much is enough for you?

I start to love coffee due to some benefits that I get, mainly to keep me awake while transcribing a 1-2 hours voicefile most often gentrans (general transcription). Also at work, a “coffee break” is not always complete without a cup of instant coffee (sure thing). But how much coffee is enough for you?
